How To Increase CPU Speed Step - 1 

• First of all, right click on Windows > All > Windows Administrative Tools > Performance Monitor and click on Run As Administrator.

• After that click on Data Collector Sets and go to User Defined. And right click in the middle of the screen and go to New and click on Data Collector Set.

• After which a window will open in front of you. In which you write CPU in place of Name and click on Next by checking on Create Manually.

• After this, check the Performance Counter and click on Next. 

• Then click on Add.

• Then keeping the Processor selected, select the Highest Number below and click on Add.

• After that click on Process and select Threat Count and click on Add.

• Then click on Ok and do Next twice and select Save & Close and click on Finish.

How To Increase CPU Speed Step - 2 

• First of all you have to press Windows + R Key.
• And go to Run and type msconfig there.  

• After that, in the window that will open, click on Boot and go to Advance Option. 

• After that check the Number of Processors and select the Highest Number and click on Ok. 

• Apply then click on Restart by doing Ok. 
• It is necessary to restart otherwise the setting will not be saved.
